How to register for the event?

Each participant must register for the event themselves using the electronic registration form (External link), and fill in the form not only with their own information, but also with information about the team and the team captain.

The registration period is March 25–April 14, 2024. Registration ends on April 14, 2024 at 23:59 (EEST).

Decisions and selections regarding the teams participating in the challenges are made approximately within a week from the end of the registration period.

How is the venue open? Is it possible to work in the premises through the night?

Dipoli is open to participants throughout the event. It is possible to work on the challenge tasks through the night of May 17-18, 2024. Please keep your badge visible at all times in Dipoli.

Where can I stay? Where are the nearest hotels?

All participants book their accommodation themselves.

The closest hotel to Dipoli in Otaniemi is Radisson Blue Hotel, Espoo (address: Otaranta 2, FI-02150 Espoo, Finland), which is located about 7 minutes’ walk from Dipoli. You can inquire accommodation with the code BHACK24.

Where will the evening gathering of the event take place? How do I sign up?

On Saturday, a relaxed and informal evening party of the event will be organized at Täffä at 19.00–00.00 (EEST). Täffä is located next to Dipoli, about 5-minute walk away.
